Pride & Prejudice!

Hey Bloggers! I'm all about Classical novels this week!

This has got to be the ultimate classical female fiction right?! I love it! I adore the film also, I watch it every Christmas! :) Anyways, I'm writing a piece of coursework on Pride&Prejudice and although normally if I watch the film of a novel I'm totally unable to read the book afterwards it just ruins it! vise versa too! I cant read the novel then watch the film it just irritates me if they miss a specific part of the novel out then I've wasted my money because I didn't like it! But with Pride&Prejudice I'm completely loving it i think it's Jane Austen's style of writing i adore i may have to read a few others of hers!

What's even better is that I bought the study addition so it has extra margin room to write notes and has pointers all the way through which I loved as it really helped me understand certain aspects of the novel. I was so excited when it came through the post which was literally like 2 days after ordering it (that's amazon for ya!) as I was entirely expecting it to be so big and useful. The initial storyline of Pride & Prejudice is genius it's the typical love hate relationship between "Darcy" and "Lizzy" but also the fact that Jane Austen uses dialogue as a way of describing and characterising her characters is a huge love from me because personally many authors in our present time spend too much time describing and describing and describing their characters and it really bores me!

This was just a little post as i was really excited and happy with myself for reading a classic novel and loving it as there aren't many I like!
Thanks for reading!
Love y'all
Meg
